Lightspeed EmailMarketing makes it easy for dealerships to send professional, branded emails that customers actually want to read. Using your existing DMS data, teams can segment audiences based on purchase history, service activity, and customer attributes. This allows for more relevant outreach, whether targeting recent buyers, inactive customers, or upcoming service needs.

The platform includes:

  • A structured email designer aligned to the dealership branding
  • An AI-assisted copywriting tool trained on dealership communication patterns
  • Built-in audience segmentation using live customer data

Instead of sending one-off messages, dealerships can create repeatable campaigns that reflect actual customer behavior, improving target communications.

InsightHub is a centralized dashboard built to replace fragmented reporting across Sales, Service, and Parts departments. Developed and tested within active dealership environments, it consolidates operational data into a single interface so teams can monitor performance without manually compiling reports.

Current Capabilities of Salesperson Insights include:

Sales Manager Insights are currently in development, expanding visibility into team-level performance and trend analysis.

Nearly 50% of dealership groups operating multiple locations often face challenges maintaining consistent data across stores. Lightspeed’s Multi-Store Premium is designed to simplify how leads, inventory, and parts move between locations, reducing duplication and manual reconciliation.

Key Functionality includes:

  • Cross-location transfer of leads, units, and parts
  • Centralized visibility across multiple rooftops
  • Reduced need for duplicate data entry

This allows multi-location dealers to operate as a connected system rather than isolated stores, improving both operational efficiency and customer experience.

The Lightspeed Mobile App extends dealership workflows beyond the desk, allowing teams to act in real time from the service bay, showroom, or lot.

Tech Video has been adopted by dealerships looking to improve service approval rates. Based on internal performance analysis, dealerships that consistently attach technician-recorded videos to repair orders have reported increases in approved RO revenue between 50-100%, depending on service type and adoption consistency.

These videos give customers a clear, visual explanation of recommended work, reducing uncertainty and accelerating approvals.

Sales Video (coming soon) will apply the same principle to the sales process, allowing teams to:
