October was another action-packed month for the Lightspeed team, and we loved every minute of it! From coast to coast, our reps hit the road to connect with dealers, showcase new innovations, and gather insights that will help shape the future of dealership technology.
October on the Road
From boats to Golf Carts, we’ve been living life in the fast lane—Lightspeed style. Here’s a snapshot of where the road took us this month:
📍 Golf Carting Expo – Charleston, SC
📍 Nautique Dealer Meeting – Cadillac, MI
📍 Tige Boats Dealer Meeting – Horseshoe Bay, TX
Each event provided a valuable opportunity to deepen relationships, promote dealer education, and showcase how Lightspeed is driving innovation in dealership management.
Listening to Dealers, Driving Innovation
At every event, we made it a priority to listen. Dealers shared their biggest challenges, and we took notes. Common themes included:
- Inventory visibility – knowing what’s in stock and where it’s located
- Managing Multiple Stores – Lightspeed just released some exciting new Multi-Store functionality designed to help dealer groups streamline operations across multiple rooftops.
- Service efficiency – reducing bottlenecks and improving repair event cycle time
- Customer engagement – meeting buyers where they are, from text to e-commerce
- Profitability pressures – finding ways to cut wasted time and increase margins
These conversations are the fuel behind our innovation. They reaffirm our dealer-first approach and guide us as we continue building solutions that matter.
What’s Next
October may be behind us, but the road ahead is wide open. With more shows, training sessions, and product enhancements on the horizon, we’re excited to keep the momentum going. Whether you’re a long-time Lightspeed user or just getting started, we’re here to help you simplify operations, unlock efficiencies, and grow your business.
