We heard you when you said we should add more categories to our awards. This year we have 6 different categories to award some of our incredible dealerships, so thank you for your feedback! At Lightspeed, we believe that data-driven performance and innovation are the cornerstones of exceptional service in the RV industry. That’s why we’re proud to award the winners of the 2025 RVDA RECT Awards—honoring dealerships and partners who have gone above and beyond to improve Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT), embrace technology, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This year at RVDA, we will have the honor or awarding Dealerships that go above and beyond in the following categories.
2025 RECT Award Winners
1. Most Improved RECT Award
Criteria: Greatest year-over-year improvement in RECT, based on Lightspeed data.
Purpose: Recognizes dealerships making measurable strides to reduce downtime and boost service efficiency.
Highlights: From a pool of 131 qualifying dealers (filtered for over 5,000 repair orders), this dealership stood out for their impressive RECT improvement.
2. RECT Performance Excellence Award
Criteria: Lowest average RECT over the past three years.
Purpose: Celebrates consistent operational excellence and long-term commitment to timely service.
Highlights: Among 131 dealers with over 10,000 repair orders, this dealership led the pack with sustained top-tier performance.
3. RECT Technology Innovator Award
Criteria: Champion of new technologies within Lightspeed, including early adoption and OEM integration support.
Purpose: Honors dealerships that partner with Lightspeed to drive innovation and streamline operations.
Highlights: The winner of this award has been instrumental in pioneering new tech integrations, setting a high bar for digital transformation in the RV space.
4. RECT Fast Track Service Award (Single-Location Dealer)
Criteria: Lowest RECT in the current year among single-location dealerships.
Purpose: Levels the playing field by recognizing smaller operations making a big impact.
Highlights: After filtering out multi-location dealers, this dealership emerged as the top performer, demonstrating that size doesn’t limit excellence.
5. RECT Leadership Award (Dealer Group)
Criteria: Lowest average RECT across all rooftops for dealer groups with five or more locations.
Purpose: Rewards consistent performance and process standardization at scale.
Highlights: The winner of this award led the way in multi-location efficiency, showing strong improvement across all locations.
6. RV Innovator of the Year Award
Criteria: Significant contributions to RV innovation and customer experience.
Purpose: Spotlights OEMs driving the industry forward with cutting-edge solutions.
Highlights: This winner continues to push boundaries in RV technology, enhancing both dealer capabilities and customer satisfaction.
