Just as we saw throughout our fall events, January reinforced a consistent theme: dealers want solutions that help them do more with less.
Across all four tradeshows, we heard common priorities:

- Multi‑store coordination — continued interest in Lightspeed’s expanding multi‑store functionality
- Service efficiency — finding ways to reduce repair event cycle time

- Profitability pressure — streamlining operations to reduce time waste and improve margins
These insights keep us grounded in our dealer‑first approach. They influence every enhancement, integration, and workflow improvement we release.
